It’s funny my February newsletter is all about not listening to the lessons that come out of a Spiritual Healing session. Of course I may not have been listening to my lessons too carefully and needed a few months to process my learnings, so here we are in April and I am posting my February, March and April newsletters.
I have clients who come to me and are in pain, emotionally, physically and mentally so we do a Spiritual Healing session and their spirit will say, “OK it’s time to quit alcohol, or you need to up your vitamins, or some yoga would be helpful.” A lot of the healing is done in the session but sometimes there are recommendations that we much consciously change.
During the Spiritual Healing session we look at clearing any blocks around what might be stopping someone from taking on the advice but then it is about free will. The human “US” must physically make the changes.
The following week we do another session and the same advice comes up, “lets get rid of the alcohol, the sugar, let’s do some yoga etc. etc” and off they go again.
Then I hear from them, their back has seized up, no they didn’t do that fifteen minutes of yoga, three times a week that was recommended in the Spiritual Healing Sessions.
Sometimes, they will try to do a deal with their Spirit. The recommendation may have been to give up caffeine but they tell me they are only going to have coffee and a piece of chocolate cake on weekends. Unfortunately our Spirit won’t enter into deals.
The next week they text me “I’m unwell I have the flu” This then gives them the perfect opportunity to stop and learn. This is the turning point. Next time we speak all sugar, caffeine or alcohol cravings are gone or they have started an exercise resume. They feel lighter, the lesson has been learnt.
A little bit of discomfort initially allows a major learning and takes us to a whole new understanding or a whole new vibration. It is truly worth it.
Sometimes after one session we see immediate changes especially if it an emotional block but it is the physical conscience human changes that are the ones that our body, mind and spirit work together to achieve.
